Campurkan semua bahan dasar dengan cara aduk tepung ketan dan pisang yang sudah dihaluskanserta masukkan santan,air kapur dan garam hingga tercampur rata,adonan ini digunakan untuk kulit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="apple-style-span"&gt;2. Kocok telur dan gula hingga kental dengar mixer atau sejenisnya (sebelum ada mixer dulu ibu-ibu di Aceh ngeremas pake tangan) lalu masukkan tepung terigu dan santan kental, aduk hingga rata,tambahkan nangka masak yang sudah dicincang kecil-kecil dan kelapa muda parut halus lalu beri daun pandan, masak sampai kental,kemudian angkat beri vanilli lalu aduk rata lagi. Gongseng pliek u dengan api kecil sampai harum baunya, tambahkan 1 gelas duralex panjang air sampai mendidih. Sesudah mendidih disaring (buang airnya). Blender pliek u hingga halus.&lt;br /&gt;2. Rebus buah melinjo dan nangka muda sampai empuk (buang airnya)&lt;br /&gt;3. Rebus kikil hingga empuk (buang airnya)&lt;br /&gt;4. Potong sayur-sayuran, giling bumbu sampai halus dan rajang bumbu rajang.&lt;br /&gt;5. Peras kelapa kukur sampai mejadi santan encer&lt;br /&gt;6. Masukkan ke dalam panci sayur-sayuran, bumbu giling, bumbu rajang, udang, garam, pliek u (kecuali kangkung dan daun jeruk) aduk- aduk hingga rata. Masukkan air sedikit lalu direbus.&lt;br /&gt;7.
